With one week down and two more to go (and maybe more) there is only so much TV we can watch. So, what else might we be able to do without risking our health – or that of anyone else? Send in your suggestions as to good ways to pass time and we can put them up below to share with others. A note of caution: Suggestions such as “A bottle of Prosecco every morning at breakfast” may not be passed on.
- From Sara-Jane: This is a link to an audiobook “The Purpose Driven Life” by Rick Warren. These videos are read by the author.
I started listening to them today, and I encourage you to listen to two recordings a day while we are in isolation (unless of course you are a key worker who is doing their normal hours!). Even if you have read or studied this book before, we can pray that God will reveal something new to us as we listen to the book being read to us. I believe we are being challenged to prepare for the new-normal, when it arrives. Life will be different when we come out the other side of this viral-seclusion, let’s be ready for it! 2. Pick up that book – the one you keep on starting and then giving up on – and finish it. Then immediately put it in your recycling bin.
3. Why not do that Baked Beans jig-saw you keep looking at – that should pass a week or so for you!
4. Interested in visiting some of the World’s famous Museums. Take the tour HERE
