On 26th November we were pleased to hold a Confirmation Service at St Mary’s Church, Thakeham, for seven members of the congregation who hailed from St Mary’s Church, Sullington and St Mary’s Church, Thakeham. With lots of support from family, friends, and members of the church congregation, the four candidates – four from Sullington and three from Thakeham – were confirmed by the Bishop of Lewes in a lovely service with music provided by the Thakeham Church music group and choir and members of the Sullington Church choir. Our thanks to the catering team from Thakeham Church for the refreshments after the service.
