PRAYER REQUESTS

Ephesians 3:20

Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think, Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever!

Your prayers are requested for the following friends, several of whom have cancer.

Tricia

Freddy

Robin

Martin, Vivian, Alex and Louise

Richard

Lucy

Rebecca

Malcolm and Eileen

Father, we pray for any we know who are ill, for those who will never recover and for those who wait for them and care for them; for those overwhelmed by the burden of caring for sick or elderly relatives; for those seeking healing of the body and for those in need of the healing of their minds; for those who have lost their memory and live out of touch with real life. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.

Please also pray that our Heavenly Father will comfort the bereaved and surround them with His love:

Jo and Dick's family

Yook and family

Julie and family

Tricia and family

Joan Hewitt's family

Tom and Elizabeth's family

Joel's family

David's family

The Clutton and Pinder families

  • Give us, dear Father, a vision of the world as your love would make it;
  • a world where the weak are protected and none go hungry or poor;
  • a world where the benefits of civilised life are shared and everyone can enjoy them;
  • a world where different races, nations and cultures live in tolerance and mutual respect;
  • a world where peace is built with justice, and justice is guided by love;
  • and give us the inspiration and courage to share in the task of building it through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
